1. Acceptance of Terms
By subscribing to, provisioning, or accessing the Kashf Education Portal (hosted under kashf.co.uk and its authorized subdomains), the educational institution, its authorized administrators, teachers, parents, and personnel agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Multi-Campus Provisioning & Tenant Quotas
Subscribing school networks are granted institutional access based on their selected tier (e.g., Enterprise Grid, Standard Campus, Starter Branch). Each tenant is provisioned with a dedicated subdomain (e.g., [subdomain].kashf.co.uk) and campus scopes (`school_id`). Institutions agree not to exceed their provisioned student and campus quotas without subscription adjustment.
3. User Account Security & Access Credentials
Authorized administrators and school staff are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. Platform administrators accessing hub.kashf.co.uk are subject to multi-factor authentication requirements and strict session audit controls.
4. Service Availability & SLA
Kashf Education Portal maintains high-availability distributed edge infrastructure targeting 99.9% operational uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance via the Super Admin and Institutional command consoles.
